12 hour rental, 12 pm -12 am, (250) white garden chairs, (30) 12' stained wood benches for outdoor ceremony, (4) 10ft farm tables, (15) 8' folding rectangle tables, (7) 6' folding round tables, (4) 5' folding round tables, (6) cocktail tables, (1) 4' folding round cake table, (1) 8' long bar cart, (4) 4' long buffet carts, full lounge area, all of our other free rentals, two hours for bridal photos on property Monday- Wednesday and one hour hour for dress rehearsal.

This Package Price is based on services for 100 people: (more guests can be added for additional food, cake and floral fees)

Additional fee per person for extra food starts at $12.95, cake $5.50, and prices vary for extra floral center pieces for additional tables.

(2) Farmhouse Tables (8 ) 72' Rounds, Arch or Greenery, Front Gates, (4) Cocktail tables, Aisle Petals & Cake Flowers

6. Hair and Make up for 6 Bridesmaids and Bride

7. Dj for 5 hours, Dance Floor Lightening and Master of Ceremony

8. Week of Day of Coordinator/Wedding Planner

9. Security Guard for 4 hours

We will Set up the venue, put linens on the tables, place all florals and any other decorations that you bring in for tables..

You do not clean or pick up vendor items at the end of the night. You take your personal belonging and we will take care of the rest.
