Peak Season Pricing
(March, April, May, June, July, September, October, November, December)
Sunday: $6,500 (14 Hours) 9am-11pm
Friday: $7,000 (14 Hours) 10am-12am
Saturday: $8,500 (14 Hours) 10am-12am
Monday- Thursday: $500 hourly or $5,000 for 12 hours
(with a minimum of 6-8 hours for weddings depending on wedding size)
Security is included with all full day weekend venue rentals!
Included: Onsite Host for the day.(this is NOT a day of coordinator) We will provide set up chairs and tables for up to 250 guests.
However, we do not provide dishes, silverware or linens.(250 white garden chairs or 250 natural stained cross back chairs-your choice or combination of both).
We have a combination of tables available: 60’ rounds, 72’ rounds, 8 ft rectangles, 5 foot stained sweetheart table and (4) 10 ft stained farm tables. We also include (1) full lounge set up (your choice from our rentals) a donut wall (holds 80 donuts), (4) food carts, (1) bar cart,(1) wood bar cart, signs, all at no additional charge!
We also throw in other freebies. Go to (items included tab) to see some of those free rentals that are also included with rental. Full set up and tear down of the tables and chairs with your chosen floor plan is also included. You do not clean as far as sweeping, mopping and cleaning toilets/bathrooms.

(January, February, August)

Friday: $6,500 (14 Hours) 10am-12am

Friday- Sunday early add on hours prior to noon are $225 per hour (for full day rentals only)

Extra Lounge Sets $250 each (first one is free with full day rental)

(Military , Teachers, Police Officers and Firefighters receive an additional lounge area)
